I have to say...I have become extremely disappointed in Acapulco the last couple times we have visited. We have always had wonderful food but the last few times it is obvious they are cutting corners..fringe the service to the quality of food. First, the waiter who was very disinterested brought chips and salsa. The chips were not fully cooked and the salsa was a gelatinous glop. We had to ask for the cheese sauce twice then when the food came out you could tell it was either mass produced or microwaved.nnI have always loved this place but will NOT be coming back anytime soon. So disappointed. You need to change your ways and get back to quality. That is where you use to shine. Very sad.

Highly recommend making a reservation! Patio area was clean of debris. Entrance was clean and gals at the front greeted us with a smile. We were seated right away (we had a 645pm appt). We were given chips and salsa within minutes of sitting down. Waiter took about 5 minutes to take our drink order (ice water and iced tea) but took over 15 minutes to receive the drinks. We ordered our food when the drinks were brought out and the meals were delivered in about 10 minutes by a young girl with a smile. Never saw our waiter. He never checked on us or refilled our drinks. We had to hunt him down for our check and he asked if we needed change. Sorry, I wasn't about to leave a $10 tip for his service for two people. Overall: food was good. Service: just ok.

Fast and friendly service. Plentiful chips and salsa. Terrific, generously portioned meals, and a large Mexican themed dining room. We also appreciated the Covid-19 protocols in place. We would definitely return here. My only complaint is that the chimichanga could be larger.

We are normally super happy with the service, but the server we got tonight has hardly paid any attention to us. We recieved our meal and were not checked on until we were done eatting and i got up to ask our server to get us a refill and that i had a to go order. Dissatisfied tonight

The food was really good but the screaming of other people's kids made it uninjoable I don't know why the manager didn't ask them to quiet down I even went over and said what is all the wonderful noise you're making I was trying to be polite and give them a heads up but it didn't work I guess I just wish grown-ups would teach their children how to behave and a nice restaurant it would help other people have a more relaxed and enjoyable experience.nRestaurant itself is very nice and the help was amazing I would come again maybe earlier when there weren't families with yelling kids..
