My girlfriend and I were so satisfied with unleashed, they took very good care of my dog while we were out of town. The best part about it is that you can look at their cameras and see your dog playing. We never had to worry about our baby boy. 10/10 would take him again!
Great experience! Miss Ruby Gail has stayed overnight a few times now. The management has always been awesome. I will continue using Unleashed in the future.
Our dog stayed there from Saturday to Sunday. We were excited that this place is open Sundays because most aren't so it's very nice to be able to pick up our boy on a Sunday and not waste money with other places that require you to leave your dog overnight Sunday.
Another plus is they have web cams so you can check up on your dog.
My dog stayed in the luxury suite for three nights but did not receive a bath as advertised on the website which was super frustrating because that’s the reason I chose to pay more to have him stay in that enclosure vs the cheaper options. Otherwise, the cameras worked well and they kept him away from other dogs as requested (he’s not dog friendly). I would have said something when I picked him up but the girl working seemed to be very stressed and in a big hurry. Maybe there are problems with understaffing.
Groomer is amazing! They take great care of the pups and my puppy came home happy and tired. They are great at listening to the needs and instructions for each dog.
