Very friendly and knowledgeable sales woman today. I walked in was greeted and helped right away. She found the boots I wanted quickly then I added a few more items and was out the door.nThey had a nice clean store with a large selection of footwear in stock!nGlad to buy my boots made in the USA!
Staff was very helpful with fitting. All staff and customers were wearing masks and adhering to social distancing guidelines, and at the time, only 2 customers were allowed in the store.
The heritage boots are second to none .nSimply the best foot wear money can buy .nA quality American made product . That puts our neighbors to work.
My boyfriend and I went in there this afternoon to purchase a new pair of boots. I was more than floored by the customer service we experienced from Anne, the manager. She took the time to personalize our experience and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase.
So after spending $300 on a pair of boots, four days later they broke on me. One when back to Stoneham MA to exchange then. They tell me that is nothing that they can do, they wouldn't be able to exchange it or fix it. Costumer service is the worst on that store. And is my second time going back there to see if someone can help me.
