I couldn’t be happier with my Beltone hearing aids, but more importantly, with “the service after the sale“! Bobbi Barrows is Thorough, professional , engaging and makes me feel like I am her only appointment of the day. Also, I can call w any questions, concerns or little “ tweaks” that my hearing aids may need, as well as cleanings and inspections..All part of the service when buying from Beltone. I love having them hooked into my phone with Bluetooth and can take phone calls anywhere and hear through my hearing aids, with very clear Quality. My almost 93 year old mother was visiting and was having trouble with one of her hearing aids, which was frustrating to her. Although not a regular customer, she was given an appointment the next day. Once there, Bobbi was kind, helpful, and very professional. She was able to quickly clean, dry out, and adjust my mother’s hearing aid, and sent her on her way. My mother was very relieved, and I really appreciated the whole experience.
