Great place to buy a new machine or have one fixed. Seven years ago I bought a lovely Miele from Jeff. I take it in each year for a service. Jeff is great, always willing to fix things if possible before having you replace a part. Great source for replacement bags as well. We feel lucky to have Jeff's nearby as our local vacuum shop!
