Poor customer service! We ordered lobsters for our last evenings dinner and requested that they cook them. We only found out when we tried to call a few minutes before to pay so a friend could pick them up that they wouldn’t be cooked. No “sorry, our steamers broke,” or call to give us a heads up that there was an issue.
