Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. The call center BOA has to correct the misfortunes of poorly trained account managers sounds as frustrated as many customers. In my experience it was simply the perils of starting up a new account. Steven, in this branch was nice enough, but inept in their own process. Don’t try to set anything up online, but Only in person. Sub amoebic single cell organisms could do a better job knowing BOA policies. If you can, take other’s advice and avoid this branch at all costs.

One of the best BOA locations I have been to. Very friendly and very efficient in every way. Nice staff. Elena is a true gem. She helped me alot
