Dr. Hainline and his staff are wonderful. He is very thorough and compassionate.nI started seeing him a few years ago for a vitreous detachment that was at risk for becoming a retinal detachment.nI just went in for a “routine” follow-up appointment where a significant abnormality was found. They worked me in for a “dye test” then he reviewed the images, wrote for some labs, and is seeing me back later this week for an injection. I was not expecting any of this but I am thankful that he is so thorough and began the work up immediately. I am so sorry that I put them behind schedule (had I suspected a problem I would have said so prior to the appt). It may have put them behind 15 to 20 minutes but it was at the beginning of their day, impacting the rest of their patients. If just 2 more patients also had unforeseen urgent conditions, that could impact the schedule by an hour or so, emergent conditions even longer. I have previously been the patient waiting but I knew it was because Dr, Hainline was providing the care that his patients needed that day. While I had hoped to never be one of those patients, I remain thankful that Dr. Hainline took the time that I needed when I was.

Very pleased with the competent and caring staff. Highly recommend them to anyone with a vision / medical problem. Thanks to Dr. Beaty for her kindness and expertise. No unreasonable wait times.

They really pack them in here. So many people are moving through constantly the whole time that you are here. There are thousands of people shuffled through here in any given week.

Literally sit and wait and wait. Ridiculous. Come for a 3:00 appointment here it is 415 still waiting. They pack to many people in here at once.
