Worst pool company in town.
I live 80 miles away and needed a new pool pump. I called over to see if they had it in stock even sent an email to make sure I was getting what I needed they said yes so I drove over to pick it up hurrying before they closed. Get here and it was “Oh we don’t have that in stock” after the lady had told me they had just gotten a whole truckload in on the phone. So thanks for the bait and switch.nnIt was the Heyward 1.5HP.
We have dealt with many pool companies in the area in the past and No More Problems is hands down the best. Our experiences have been nothing but wonderful and we will use them for everything going forward!
I have been a customer of NMP since day 1 and in fact, I think I might have been their very first official customer when they started this business and I can't say enough good things about Rob and the whole staff at NMP. They have always given me great advice and have always tried to save me money when looking for advice or asking about new projects. They proved it again this week. I was thinking of converting my chlorine pool to salt water and Rob called me and we talked about it for about 30 min., and I eventually decided it was a bad idea for my pool for several reasons, despite the fact that I was going to buy the equipment and pay Rob to install it. I'm now going to use that money to buy a new pool cover instead and I'm definitely going to buy it from NMP. My water is always crystal clear and perfect, thanks in part to the knowledge I've learned from Rob over the years. These guys are very knowledgeable and very trustworthy which I've found to be rare in this industry. They are not trying to sell you chemicals like many of the popular retail pool stores. They want you to be happy with your pool and be able to maintain it in the most cost effective manner.
