Deerhead Pizza

We have been to the Deerhead many times over the years and always enjoy the staff and food. Pizza and salads are fantastic. The salads are fresh and very big, even the small one we split. Had some sandwiches that I loved like the pork tenderloin and a couple I didn't. I didn't like the Ruben, maybe just my personal taste. Atmosphere is great and there are several choices for seating; i.e.: patio room, a small one table room, medium size room, bar, and main dinning rooms. Parking both on property and across the street. One of our many go-to places for enjoying friends and family. Recommend trying it.

I had the thin crust and although I previously enjoyed the double decker pizza, this is my new favorite. Great flavor, plenty of leftovers. Recommended. They are potato wedges which are crunchy on the outside and had a tasty seasoning. Both times we ate here the service was also quite good. Very much worth the trip.

Once again, Deerhead delivers great pizza! We have a child with a milk allergy and they are always helpful to make her pizza without cheese while being careful in the preparation of it. We appreciate that a lot. They also have great strombolis too. Certainly worth a visit if you are in Evansville.

I was in town for my daughter’s cheer events and had time to eat prior to her performance at Ford Center. I searched area for Pizza places and came across this old school pizza joint. Very friendly staff, local / home town atmosphere!! Had to try double decker pizza and was not disappointed! It’s very filling, so took plenty home for leftovers ud83dude01 saved this spot in my maps for the next time I get down to the area.

Place is small inside, with a bar and some seating. Beer selection is good, but pizza is amazing! The double decker takes a while to make because of the size, but it’s worth it! Certainly worth a visit if you are in Evansville. better be hungry if you order a double decker they are monsters
