Roca Bar North

The service here had gotten really bad a few years ago and we hadn’t been back. We took our family there tonight to celebrate my father in laws birthday. The service was the poorest I’ve had in a long time. Too many issues to list everything, slow, missing food, very delayed plates, rude waiter.nnI completely understand that for a variety of reasons, it’s very hard now to find good help however we won’t be back for some time.nnThe food was okay at best but with extremely poor service it just makes for a really bad experience.

I think roca bar is a good place to eat. Their pizza seems to have changed. It is good, but seems to actually be better now. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it seemed to take longer than usual to get out food. The restaurant portion was empty except for us and it was noticeably long to get the food. In all fairness there may have been a group in an adjacent room.nnAll in all, it’s worth the visit.

Ordered takeout from the North location. The lady who took my order was very friendly and thorough. Order was ready as promised and quality was great. Good pizza. Love the thin crust. Definitely recommend.

Boyfriend got chicken wings last thing to be brought out after we received our pizza and they were under cooked. Bones still pink. They replaced them, but manager never came out to apologize and only took 10% off our bill. We had already eaten two before seeing they were under cooked.nnPizza was good. just thought bad management if they couldn't even come apologize.

Ordered carry out from Northside location .nI call and I’m put on hold for 5 minutes. I hand up and call back and my order is taken . I ordered 2 large pizzas one pepperoni and cheese the other was meat lovers . I had side of onion rings with the Teriyaki Chicken . I get to restaurant and walk in I wait 10 minutes to be helped the girl tells me to drive around back . I get home and open pizza ..... It was cold and horrible. The onion rings still had uncooked batter. Not wasting my time or money anymore on this place . Horrible Customer Service
