My wife needed nonslip shoes for work. The sales person was helpful and friendly. My wife got a comfortable pair of shoes at a reasonable price.
I was in to buy shoes. I am handicapped and needed assistance in trying on some shoes. The clerk put the box of shoes on one of the benches and then he just stood leaning against one of the displays refused to assist me.
Shopped there one time over ten years ago. I'm a local reviewer. Lived in the area my entire life. Expensive . I didn't feel comfortable returning a pair of shoes,because they asked me for my social security number,just to return a pair of shoes. I was offended by the intrusiveness. My driver's license should have been sufficiant to return a pair of shoes.
The gentleman who I believe was the manager was very rude and sarcastic. He had drink cup, a snack and cell phone out on top of a display case and was just standing around. The staff they had prior was wonderful and were always willing to assist. I used to love going to this place, I'm not sure if I will return.
Got a VERY comfortable pair of wide Sketchers marked at around $60 for around $30 after coupon & military veteran discount!
