Excellent customer service! Staff are very helpful in answering questions and helping find products. Store always has opportunities to donate to local shelters. Great selection of all natural products, especially dog treats! Staff member Dawn was exceptional in informing me of my reward points, and even applied them for me after they had expired!! Thank you!
I have been going to this location for about three years (including before the store was rebranded and changed names - if you have not been back since they changed names the store is night and day better). This is my favorite Loyal Companion to go to compared to the few others I have shopped at.nI usually go once a week on Saturday or Sunday and the staff is also very helpful especially Dawn and Monique. Both are usually working when I go and they are one of the main reasons why I keep going back. They are always super helpful and knowledge about new products and what to purchase. They also always are keen to greet me by name as well as my dog by name.nAdditionally, the store always has my dog's favorite dog food and treats in stock and are always adding new things.nOverall, try shopping here before going to an online retailer or a large big box store and you will not be disappointed.

What a delightful experience I had at the Littleton store. Dawn helped me select high value, healthy training treats for my dog. Then she spent extra time identifying treats suitable for a friend’s dog with skin allergies. I could not have asked for a more personal experience. Thank you Dawn!
I go out of my way to visit this Loyal store location: GREAT staff (especially Dawn!), great rewards program and always clean & bright inside. They always give my dog treats too, while some locations do not. I'm a Loyal Littleton FAN!
