As a newer runner experiencing mysterious ankle pain, a friend of mine recommended getting fitted for actual running shoes instead of running in my two year old hiking shoes I’d been wearing for the last two months.nnI went to Often Running unsure of what I was even looking for but hoping someone would be able to help explain my ankle issues and possibly point me in the direction of some better shoes.nnNoah was extremely helpful and explained the issue with the current shoes I was wearing, the possible cause of my ankle pain, and assisted with trying on several pairs of running shoes. As a new runner, I knew absolutely nothing about the different types of shoes or padding involved. Noah was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining everything and took his time to make sure I found the right pair of shoes for me. The shoes I ended up with have made a huge difference!nnI would highly recommend Often Running for shoes and running gear. Thanks Noah!

Wow, awesome place. As others said, if you are buying online, you are missing knowledgeable advice. Places like this are a gold mine and worth spending a little extra for. I drove an hour to get the in person advice on what type of shoe for my type of running. Walked in and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Grant helped me out today. Top notch!

We are once again grateful for the knowledge and experience of Often Running. I wouldn't take my XC runner anywhere else! I know we will leave with a shoe that fits him and what he needs and that it will be at a competitive if not an often better price!

I stopped in to purchase a pair of insoles for existing pair of ASICS running shoes. The young lady greeted me just inside the front door with a smile inspite of the mask (I agree with the mask). She ask me if she could help me, I told her what I was wanting to purchase. She immediately ask me some questions to get a good idea of what I was wanting for the support within the insole. She provided me with two type of insoles for me to try on. After some walking in the store I made a decision as to which type. She was most helpful and especially courteous providing great customer service.
