I haven't seen a doctor in awhile and wasn't sure what to expect when visiting for my appointment. From the moment I walked in the door I was pleasantly greeted by Janis and the rest of my experience was seamless. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Sarah Smock was great and thanks to Amy, Nathan, and Kristen who also helped along the way.

Don't want to waste much time on this review, already took a month to get an appointment. Suffice it to say that this office is horrible. Miss doctor Jani so much, was great doctor. Since his departure this office has only gone downhill

Ugh i hate that i can't give zero stars. I cannot say enough bad about this place. This is the worst care i have ever received.

I just took my son to see Susan Jane Sheppard and she is the absolute worst doctor I have ever seen! When telling her about my son's issues, before even telling her his second issue she said that we will have to schedule another appointment due to billing. She didn't even care to hear about his other issue. She never even addressed his first issue until I pressed her for info and her answer was just two words. Usually doctor's elaborate on what possible conditions could cause this or talk about symptoms in detail or possible treatments. I am totally shocked at this treatment. She seemed offended that I asked for more information than two words and said she would give me a print out. Susan- you are not helping anyone in this field, please go be a billing specialist since that is your concern. Then you can respond with just two words and have no empathy for others. This is my child's health and he deserves more than two words and a print out. You should be ashamed of yourself. I have literally gotten better service and more details at a McDonald's drive through!

Staff is friendly but it is almost impossible to get an appointment unless you schedule it months in advance. And you end up waiting way longer than you should for your scheduled appointments.
