Great associates. Very helpful. Just wish the store would carry more athletic shoes & boots in size 9.5. Always have to end up ordering on line & hope it fits. Very frustrating ud83dude15. Do like the convenience of being able to return products in the store. Very appreciative &thankful for that. Just love Famous Footwear a whole lot. I can't wait till spring comes for more selection of shoes & sandals to try on in store. Also if they can carry the sizes for women in 9.5 wide!! Thank you so much. (:
Bad costumer service and the manager and the other employees make me and my family uncomfortable they were behind me all the time in the store like i was trying to stealing something i don't recommend it horrible experience
its simple...No Shirt, No shoes, No MASK, NO SERVICE. The employees are “afraid” to enforce this. They seriously told me they are scared a customer irate about having to wear a mask might cause harm to them...but apparently NO concern about harm caused by a virus!!! Its this easy Famous Footwear employees, “Sir/Maam store policy is to have a mask on, please put it on or Im going to have to ask you to leave” Then...if they act irate its this simple...”Sir/Maam if you do not calm down then Im going to have to call the police”. If restaurants are enforcing this policy pretty smooth then there is NO reason Famous Footwear cannot.
Nice selection of shoes. Employees were really nice and helpful!
I always buy shoes for the whole family here.
