I'm really grateful for the folks at this location. We visit weekly for puppy training and are treated like celebs (it might be my dog)! Valerie is wonderful in working with my dog, and the other employees are super sweet. My dog loves to go. Would definitely recommend for training!
I have been bringing my dogs here for 3 years and the quality has been declining over time. The last time I was there the young woman at the reception counter was not very friendly and argumentative. I did inform the manager and they comped me a free bath. However they are supposed to clean her ears (they haven't) and express anal glands on request(not doing that either). For as expensive as they are they need to be doing a much better job. There are better dog groomers in the area that are more reasonable in price.
