Helpful staff. Not many shoppers, likely due to Covid 19 so I had the place almost to myself. Peaceful shopping. Went in for a pair of Converse. Was torn between high tops and low top, and wish they had more color options in store. But happy with my final selection of my black high top Chucks. Go Kamala Harris! Setting trends already with Pearl's and Chucks. A small affordable gift to self with Stimulus check to stimulate the economy. LOL.ud83dude00

I was trying on a pair of shoes. An associate approached me and asked if I was finding what I was looking for. I replied that I was but had questions about promotions/discounts their website was promoting. The associate said she could not tell me if it would apply to the shoes until I checked out. I went to the checkout and explained to another associate regarding the deals and wanting to know if it applied to the shoes I chose. She was inattentive to my question and with an attitude decided to give me generic information. Due to us going back and forth, she asked another associate to assist- which so happen to be the same lady who attended me earlier. With an attitude, she automatically told me I cannot use the deals. I explained I checked out online and I was able to use both. Bringing forth more attitude, she checked online and found 1 deal was only online and grudgingly checked the 2nd deal. She continued to state and I quote, 'It won't work but I'll check even though it won't work.' The 2nd deal worked. Because of my bad experience, I decided not to purchase anything from the store. I do not plan to return to the Lincolnshire,IL location in the future.

Awesome customer service here. I'm from out of town and needed some shoes for a funeral. So impressed by the help I received. I hope the management knows and appreciates the excellent team members who work here.

They have a good selection but it seems geared towards a narrow audience. People with wider widths will have a challenge finding a good fit.
