The employees there were really nice and eager to help. In my case they didn’t have my desired size and they immediately called their other store in Kenosha where they held a pair for me. I ended up buying a half size down from my regular shoe size. The employee at the other location was very helpful as well. Can’t wait to break in my new boots!

Small great place with helpful employees.
The boots are amazing. However, the guy behind the counter was not interested in helping anyone. For many years I prefer to buy red wings because there are good boots but customer service is TERRIBLE. This store should get better sales partners who are interested in helping people who buy because they depend on buyers like us!
