Had a wonderful experience in the store every time I come. Didn’t have the item in stock, but the whole team go out their way to help! It gets busy but it doesn’t stop them from doing their best during this pandemic. Love the team! Very positive, friendly and knowledgeable!

Update: Today I visited this location to purchase some dog food for my dog. I Notice a harness that was on display for $9.98 size large. As I thought that this was a good deal I grab one to purchase. To my surprise once I made it to the checkout I notice that I was charged $24.99. I explain to the cashier that it was $9.98. Me and the manager by the name of Alex went back to the location where he seen several extra large and large harnesses in the same location for $9.98. He begin to re-organize the harness and explain to me that there was a mistake and he could not sale the harness at the price in which it was being advertised. If there was only one in that location I would have understood, but because there was more than one harness being displayed at that price, I have an issue with this because I feel like it’s false advertisement. Needless to say Alex did not try to resolve the issue. His response was he cannot sale the harness to me at that price. He was dismissive with me. So I’m changing my once five stars into one star.nnI shop at this locations because of the prices are fair and they sale good quality dog food. My dog has just turned 1. I needed help with her transition from puppy food and Stephany was a great help with this process. She was able to answer a lot of my questions with patience and ease which made me feel comfortable with my purchase.

I've been shopping here for years. The staff is great, prices and selection of products are as well. I highly recommend it.
