Had a great experience at this store today. I wasn’t able to catch the name of the lady that helped me but she was awesome. Answered all of my questions with zero attitude. She didn’t make me feel rushed. At the checkout she was very cordial and just a pleasure to work with. It was a nice change from the “normal” customer service experiences I usually encounter. Keep up the great work.
I have to say what an amazing employee Sperry has in Keona. She assisted myself and kids on 7/6/20. Not only is she enthusiastic about her job but she engages with the customer. She helped my husband and I find shoes for our teenage boys. She even showed us how to do the Sperry curl with their laces.nnI’m impressed by her customer service and how kind she was. Thank you Keona for the experience. Your one of a kind.

This young man named Jordan is awesome. He helped us from beginning to end and went out of his way to clean off a pair of boots before I bought them for my wife. I thanked him and his response was “my pleasure, happy to do it!” I ended up buying two additional pairs because of his service
