Looking to add some new additions of shoes for work wear and really glad we stopped in to work with Sarah. Clark store at the Aurora Outlet is a very cool place to shop for the latest fashion in mens shoes. My sales associate Lindsey and the staff are always very helpful. I also would like to point out. I was looking for a particular shoe which had to be ordered. Lindsey and the staff worked together and got them for me. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service from Lindsey and staff. Have been shopping at this location for years. Always come back here for a great customer service experience and a great selection of shoes plus good bargains! You can’t beat that in just one store. Staff is super friendly and they know their frequent shoppers. It’s like shopping with my girlfriends every single time. Always leave with more than I originally intend to buy. They sure do know how to up keep and maintain their store to a perfection level and they all know their product.
I generally like Clarks shoes, when you pick the right ones, they are durable and look good. This particular store always seem to have good deals if you need multiple pairs of shoes, e.g. buy one pair and get the second pair for $20. The staff was very friendly and they had a good selection of shoes and boots.
Good experience, the dude was friendly and personable and patiently suggested a bunch of very good fits. Also gave some color matching advice was well appreciated, because it's not just about shoes. It's about the entire outfit.
