CDC guidelines followed, clean store. Sales Associates were Helpful and Polite I shopped for Tennis/Pickleball shoes, not many choices in that sport. It was kind of like that through out all shoe stores I visited . Most of them told me go online, Why!
A true pleasure as usual! Always a warm welcome when we walk in. The store is always well kept. Always a helping hand getting advice or help choosing what to get.
Finally found the shoes I've been looking for! At great prices too! Not a big selection of wide width shoes, though.
Coming back from Chicago I stopped by outlets to make purchases. Spend +$200. Couple of days later, I noticed rips in my jacket. I called the store manager and she was no help in anyway. I offered to ship the jacket or send pictures and she was very short tempered and very unfriendly. We will never visit the store again.
Every time I come in to this store I get the best service. Everyone is so kind and helpful to me. There is a great variety of shoes they carry and the prices are great. Reebok for me is the best fitting quality shoe for me. They are customer friendly people.
