I showed the 20% coupon to the cashier before check everything (over $180), and confirmed the discount again with her before I insert my credit card. Before I leave the store, I double checked the recipt, you know what? There's no discount at all! I had to return to the counter and asked why, the cashier said she cannot deal with this situation and asked for one lady in charge. I thought thanks god, finally there is someone can handle this. More than Expected, the lady in charge blamed me first not showing the coupon before check and said she can do nothing because I used $20 rewards in this order. Unprofessional and Terrible Service and Dishonest seller in this store. Be Cautious!!!
