Bad customer service!!!!!...and I buy a pair of boots (2414. $300+) here every year for the last 15years and the reps act like your bothering them.. if there was a nearer location I would shop elsewhere trust me I've sent plenty of emails to Red Wing about this store
Best place to get work boots hands down!
Stood in line outside becuase they wouldn't allow more than 2 people inside only to find out they couldn't sell me shoes. Their systems were down so they couldn't process my company's form so I could either pay in cash or leave them my credit card number. Considering probably 80% of their business is company vouchers you think they'd have a backup plan. This isn't the first time I've been in their stores and they can't access their systems. This is a simple transaction, I give you a form you give me shoes you charge my company. I've bought Redwings for work for the last 10 years. Bought some keens instead vey happy with them.
