The staff was great and was very patient and accommodating when they had to wait for me to come back with my cat’s rabies vaccination records. The groomer did a great job of taking as little hair out as possible to get rid of his mats and it took very little time to get it all done. The price was very reasonable as well! Would definitely recommend!
This place is great. I used the self cleaning station. The area was really Clean, the water was warm for my dog. They have great water pressure, the dryer was warm. Full sized towels. Ear cleaning station. The staff is really friendly. We paid and their wasn’t a bunch of personal questions. It was amazing
As a new dog owner, I have difficulty with knowing what or how needs to get done to maintain my dogs health. I was able to book an appointment within a couple of days, and I could add on services as needed when I got there. They explained what they would need to do, and I had no problems with them understanding what I wanted for my pet too. They were done within a couple hours with a full service wash, blow dry, cut, nail trim, and teeth brushing. My dog looked great and seemed very happy. They explained any “weird” things they saw (in his case sore spots on either side of his mouth because he loves chewing on tennis balls) but explained they weren’t that terrible and maybe I could try a different toy for a while until they got better. I definitely plan on booking another service in the future when he needs it again!!
I called on a Saturday and got a Thursday appointment as a new client. The store was clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. The groomer even came out to meet with me and discuss what I wanted done. I asked her to make my baby (dog) look cute and she definitely delivered. We will be going back.
Everyone I encountered, from scheduling to pick up, was very pleasant and helpful. I brought in a scraggly pooch and picked up a handsome old man. As a bonus, he wasn't exhausted afterwards, which to me means they were patient and gave him breaks(he's 14, standing in 1 position for a long time is a struggle). Thank you & see you again in a couple months!
