For OBGYN office inside of rush Copley specifically. I was going in because I needed a lab test ASAP due to life circumstances where I needed to know within 3 days. As I was walking back to get clearance for a lab order I heard all of the ladies at the nurses station talking about me and how annoying that was. When I approached the desk they were all nice but the one lady who “clears the orders” gave me a nasty attitude and couldn’t even talk to me. She was looking at her computer the whole time with a nasty attitude. Loved my OBGYN but never going back there unfortunately if I’ll be talked about by all the staff and be treated nasty.

wish I had taken down the nurse's name I had a few days ago. I have heard stories of rude nurses but this was my first experience with one and I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated. I went in for a simple check up and the nurse seemed very bothered. I was friendly tried to ask how her day was. I understand people have bad days but this was over the top. Sis should have gotten a job at the DMV in my opinion...

Excellent staff,friendly, easy appointments, and great selection of doctors. I am there a lot for appts,radiology, lab, and PT and I've had nothing but great experiences. Highly recommend.

I'd give less than one star if I could. I can't even begin to describe how unhelpful multiple staff members have been - from nurses, to billing, to coding, to the provider herself. Because the Nurse Practitioner I saw chose to leave out one minor piece of her documentation, they are requiring me to pay $200+ for a less than 15 minute appointment. They will make $200 off this visit, but lost me as a patient who would be having a procedure soon. Therefore, losing money in the long run. The main reason the documentation couldn't be fixed is the provider is now out of the office for a couple months. Again - I am paying because of them not being helpful, not for true medical reasons.

Worst Customer services.... never get answers on phone. Representing hung up calls after putting patients on hold for half an hour. My entire family visited Advocate Dreyers Dr. group from many years but now I am changing Dr. groups and please I don’t recommend you to choose this Dr. group. I am sure you will regret after your visit.
