We were greeted by Bella and she was such a joy to talk to. She was so knowledgeable about the products and also the reptiles! I went in looking for a syringe for my puppy and she helped with other products as well. Then we stopped to look at the reptiles and she came by and explained all their mannerisms and characteristics, I was really impressed! Just amazing customer service!! Kudos to Bella!!
The young girls that work there should be trained better to work with the pets as well as handle customers quickly. I could have left without paying if I wanted to, because they do not pay attention. I hope you are always lucky with good and honest customers that will also patiently wait in line for a long time meanwhile the wait could have been avoided by not carrying long unnecessary conversations at the counter.
I was never a fan of going to another store for your pet, but it does make a difference. The quality of products and the helpful knowledge of the Petco team is much appreciated. EllaBlu is very well taken care of from her food, to her nail trims, toys & litter.
It’s the one stop shop for dog Moms like me! We recently adopted a teacup Yorkie and I’m so glad the first place we went was here! They helped us pick the perfect food, toys, treats and yes even cute clothes for her! Today we tried out the pet grooming here and omg they did exactly what I asked for!! Beyond a happy customer they always go above and beyond.
Took my dog for grooming; the 2 ladies that were working were nice BUT the cut was so uneven and not at all worth $55.00. My dog pretty much looked the same as when we dropped her off. Was incredibly disappointed and regret not saying anything at the time. Will never go back.
