These ladies are the best, while we had the best plan by taking the last appointments, so my dogs could get acclimated to a grooming shop instead of mobile groomer they are use too, plans fell apart. Keeping in mind they work with dogs, they are on dog time. Not one dogs grooming worked out as planned. New puppy scared of nails, etc. They calmly worked with each pup, no frustration even while things fell slightly behind. Which is what any pet owner wants to see. I would rather wait a bit then see anyone who works with dogs get frustrated. It was heart warming to see them working with dogs while under pressure. They were amazing. My little guy gave us all a run for our money, corgi beagle stubbornness. He kept heading for the door. My lab he was living his best life. They both were just beautiful when they were done. Their coats were soft and shiny. We will definitely be returning customers. I trust them more then enough to leave my dogs there. No dirty metal cages they hold the dogs in, they were given water and treats. This is great small family business we should all support.
Monica did a beautiful job on Penny’s grooming today! Penny looks great and smells even better. Penny seemed very comfortable with her. Brian is always so helpful and informative with any pet food/treats that we need. This is a wonderful place for grooming and pet supplies!
I've brought both of my dogs to Spotted Paw; all together they've been my groomers for 7 years. My dogs have always been rescues, so they're a little skittish of being dropped off places. But they both happily go to Spotted Paw. Spotted Paw always does a great job, and the price is great. Best of all, they stock all the main brands of healthy dog food, so for us its a one-stop-shop.
This is the second time we've taken our pup here and we can't recommend Spotted Paw enough! Our groomer was Monica and she did an excellent job. Honestly, my husband and I were talking about how she did the best job we've ever seen especially with trimmer her but still keeping her fluff as requested. Also, the way Monica groomed her paws was the best as well. They are the cutest little beans ever now ud83dude0a. The one issue I had (it's more a personal preference which is why I didn't take stars off and is also likely related to my altered smell due to Covid) was the smell of a product they used on her. My husband said it was just me and he liked the way she smelled. She was really clean though and super soft!
Love the job Monica does! Ask for her by name. I followed Monica from her previous Solon. Yes I have to drive 45minutes to see Monica but that's how great she is with my fur baby! We will follow her everywhere. The salon was professional and polite. They even sell dog food and treats that we already use. An all in one shop. What else could I ask for. Definitely happy!
