I have used this app only a few times but it is one of the best that I've seen. It is extremely well organized and easy to use. Items are also easily found. I like the fact that I could pay for my items and arrive at the store in a short period of time. The employee was courteous and quick. I highly recommend this site for your pet's needs. In store shopping is also great.
Great store, great selection of pet food (I have cats, dog, guinea pigs and saltwater aquarium) and good prices. Delivery service is always great, items are well packed to protect my order from the weather elements. Thank you notes are nice touch, it always makes me smile. Thank you for the great service.
I always seem to find what I'm looking for here. But I think I spend a lot of time here just trying to choose between different brands.nnThe staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't think I've had a bad experience at all here.nnIt's almost a one stop shop. :-)
Pretty similar to Pet Smart. I do believe Pet Smart has a bit more merchandise and supplies. Still an adequate amount to choose from for pets of all species.
Really messed up my delivery order. Prices are high and sales not that good. Staff unfriendly - sometimes wait at check out for 15-20 minutes while staff figures out how to check items out (SLOW!). Maybe some better training? For the money spent, need a better experience. Won’t be going back.
