The people who organized this company make it extremely difficult for anyone to get their job done there. To do one simple task they pass it off to different companies and different people with each person having a small, small task that invariably does not fit what the customer needs. Just the simple task of getting a prescription or setting an appointment is mine boggling difficult. There are multiple interacting companies so you’re never sure who you are doing business with. The business managers of Advocate make it almost impossible for the employees to give good healthcare to their patients.nnUnfortunately this seems all too common with health companies these days.

Horrible communication skills, I had an appointment with Dr Duerink at 2:30 today somewhere around 127th St. and rte 59, after circling around on my bike, both sides of the hwy I called to get the correct address and got stuck in the bottom of a hole looping around. They didn't even know the doctor nor could they connect me to them, I disconnected my heart monitor and want nothing to do with this disfunctial group
