My appointment was over an hour ago. Still waiting to be seen.
Our primary care physician is very good, but the support staff is EXTREMELY incompetent. We had very very difficult times to get a referral letter for a somewhat urgent procedure. There is no clear communication channel with anyone. Everytime you call them, someone else picks the phone, and has no clue and no blame about the issues you discussed with the previous person. It is simply an endless chain of mis-communication. They gave us wrong information like name of places, phone numbers, etc. Terrible service. Will change provider soon.
Front desk made a clerical error and called me incessantly leaving voice mails suggesting that it was my fault. Once my wife answered and said she'd talk to me, they stopped but now I'm treated poorly every time I go. Don't waste your time on this unprofessional mess of a provider.
I can't begin to explain how wonderful all the doctors are that I have seen. Dr. Michael Fitzgerald has been my primary Dr. For overn20yrs. He is the most caring, thoughtful human being I have ever met. If I have to wait it's worth every minute,, he never rushes and makes you feel that you are the only person even if he has 20 other patients waiting. As far as I'm concerned they don't make drs. Like this any more. When he has referred me to other specialists for other reasons, I have been happy with them as well. There are not enough words to express the impeccable service I have received from Dr. Michael Fitzgerald. He treats all of his patients as if they were family!!!
The man that draws blood on the 3rd floor is wonderful! I will only go to him!!!! 5 stars for him. I will say however, the office staff are really unprofessional. They are loud and eat behind the counter with patients arriving and in waiting room. Lots of personal discussion going on-
