Super quick, clean and efficient . Compared to other urgent cares in the area , the check in process and wait time was really quick, My daughters and I loved the Dr she could not have been nicer and accommodating. As well as kind and caring to my daughters. And I was greeted within seconds of entering the door , by a friendly voice the girl in the front was super nice. My experience was great! I highly recommend it !! ud83dude0a

They were so nice! I was so anxious and I had to get some bloodwork done, but one of the gals kept talking to me to distract me while my blood was drawn and the doctor was so kind and patient, like “did you drink water? Have you eaten? You might wanna do that before you Bc one to the doc” like yes, thank you this is the best life and health advice I’ve gotten all year ud83dude02everyone was so friendly and sooo fast!!

They have a “new policy” that went into effect June 1st, apparently not accepting insurance if you’re going in for a refill on medication you’ve been taking for years. I asked the manager for a copy of this policy and there doesn’t seem to be a written version at any location, nor on their website. Despite repeated request and being told I would be emailed a copy of this “policy”. Now I have to wait 3 weeks to see another doctor to get my medication filled unless I want to pay out of pocket for a doctor visit? This is my primary doctor.. Something is definitely off with this place and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re investigated soon. I am switching doctors offices, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t want to be discriminated against & deal with shady practices.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. You don't have to wait hours just to be seen by the doctor.
