I took my 3 dogs in to get their ears cleaned. I believe the groomers name was Rachel, she was knowledgeable and kind. The service was quick and their ears are squeaky clean!
The staff is very helpful and I certainly appreciate having the 30 lb bag of dog food carried out to my truck!
Had my newfie's nails trimmed by Luis he did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend their pet salon.
I received a coupon in an email a few days ago. The coupon was good through a date in October. When the cashier scanned it, the system said the coupon was expired. He then entered the coupon manually, with the same result. Because of the hassle, the cashier gave me a slightly larger discount than what the coupon provided for. He was very apologetic for the inconvenience. I am very thankful for this superior customer service - and I am sold on Petco. :)
