The associates was very helpful and friendly.
By far one of the worst kids footlocker I have ever stepped foot into. All the associates were too busy talking to each other and standing on their phones instead of helping my family and I. I went to talk to the manager Natasha who was very rude and unprofessional. I have shopped with this company for many years and I am completely taken back by the customer service I received. Go downstairs to footlocker, they treat you better!!
Straight rude and condescending. I go into the store to exchange a shoe my son got for his birthday and as soon as I tell them I don’t have a receipt she sighs and says” you can but you will get what ever the lowest value is” I agree with her since I didn’t get a gift receipt. Snatched my ID and pointed the shoes are over there. So I saw some she said I couldn’t get because it had a release date I had no idea what that was until she said you can’t return the shoes I said yes I’ll just pay the difference. Goes off saying release date again which again no idea no explanation. I ended up getting the same pair but size up shoes are great service was garbage.
