I am so upset I went to go buy some red converse at the Journeys at Woodfield mall. I went home and I only find one shoe in the box, and it was the display shoe. So I had to go back to the mall, and get both shoes and I doubled check to make sure both shoes were in the box. He was so quick to make the sale, but couldn't even double check if both shoes were in the box. As a customer I should have checked if both shoes were in the box to begin with, but it is there job to double check if both shoe sizes are matching and if both shoes are inside the box. I wont be coming back to this journeys. Double check the box before you leave before you go back and find one shoe in the box.
I would have never thought I’d need a guide to buy myslef the right socks, hugh props to the shop assistant with the cuttest smile I’ve seen all week long in white top and black leggings for not hesitating to inform me that my choice of socks is completly wrong!
