Knee was out of whack. Kaiser sent me here. All the waiters are podiatry students. They know their stuff. Set me up with an orthotic. Did the trick. Now I am on the run. Again!
Worst quality shoes, worst customer service in store and online. I haven’t bought from them over a year. Do not waste your money!!
Very attentive and helpful staff, especially the lady with the short brown hair. Always have the latest styles and if out of stock, can order online. Only con is there aren't half sizes after a certain size and the shoes don't last long. The styles are modern and beautiful but it's not vegan leather and their materials come from China. The design is executed beautifully, just the materials don't support the high cost. I am a size 9.5 shoe and a female for reference.
After a bad experience at the Rosemont location, I specifically drove to Woodfield and was just as disappointed, which leads to believe this is a Corporate issue. Terrible customer service. There was a female associate whose name I asked for but she refused. Jonathan took the lead on my return and eventually made it right but I was just appalled at the way the female handled herself. Never again!
One of my favorite stores. Shoes are reasonably priced and comfortable.
