My husband is in construction and was looking for a comfortable pair for boots that will protect him while working. We came across Foot Wear Outfitters in Salt Lake City and we were so excited that there is a place that sells specific work boots for practically any industry! This place did not disappoint. The store was stocked with lots of options, pretty much everything was in stock and the customer service was outstanding. Sierra was patient and very knowledgeable about every single boot! Blown away. My husband was very pleased. He bought two pairs. Thanks again! He will be coming back for sure. The after care for your new boots is incredible just like Nordstrom’s outstanding customer service!!! Thank you!
So they don’t have a great selection of women’s boots. They didn’t have my size so I went half a size lower. The gal said there was a 30 day comfort guarantee and not to worry about it if it was a little small. I got the WORST blisters of my entire life. Tried to take the boots back and they refused to give me my money back because I wore the boots, saying they’d exchange them despite the fact that they still don’t have my size. If you don’t like greedy companies then don’t shop here.
I will definitely shop here in the future. Sierra helped me try out and select the perfect (work)shoes. She was friendly and Knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
They are so great to work with. I hate the pressure environment of buying boots but I told them what I was looking for and they helped me find the boot I wanted without pushing one way or the other and when I was having fitting issues they were able to get me in the boot I wanted by switching insoles. 10/10 recommend if looking for a boot/shoe.
