Front desk staff I spoke with today was unhelpful and rude. They take forever to get back to messages sent through the portal and they will give you a hard time reaching your physician. Unless you make another appointment with your doctor, you won’t get any assistance from the front desk over the phone. I called to get speedy prescription refill and she ended up writing another message to the doctor instead of actually speaking to him in person or calling him. They really need to improve front desk customer service especially during times like this.

Recently came here as we were referred from our PCP. The experience with The doctor was very positive and I wanted to state that the doctor himself is not the reason for this review.nnHaving said that, the supporting staff was very unhelpful answering questions and getting Rx ordered. They had errors in the prescription amounts and were sent via mail order when we needed to take them later that week.nnThe instructions given prior to both procedures were confusing and riddled with spelling errors and contradicting instructions. It seems like the printed instructions given to patients should at the very least be checked for spelling errors!nnAdditionally, the front desk staff was extremely rude right from the start. I am not a confrontational person but any questions I asked were returned with snotty and argumentative remarks. Just from reading the other reviews it appears this is something that DuPage Medical Group is aware of and choosing not to address.nnConclusion: If you like to be treated with respect and have the option to get treated elsewhere I would take it. There is just no reason to be harassed when seeking medical treatment.

This was at a Hoffman Estates location on 09/22 at 4:15pm with the nurse/phlemotomist person at the time. this was the most uncomfortable and unpleasant situation I ever had with a person that should be nice, sympathetic, friendly and be able to make you feel comfortable. I went there for my Harmony Test and Prenatal Lab work. This is my first pregnancy and please let me explain that this time is not only a happy time, but also a very nervous time in which you are very vulnerable. Going in there and experience a person that not only was rude, but also unpleasant is not something you are looking at any location and service. What it was supposed to be a pleasant experience, turn out to be an uncomfortable, sad and painful one.nAs someone that comes from a family of retired nurses, I think people that are in this position should be nice, friendly and understanding that people are vulnerable during this time.

This place is really not customer or patient friendly. Dealing with people who have terminal diseases would make normal people treat folks kinder, however this medical group instead remains the trash that they aspire to be. If your parents' insurance sends them to this medical center go somewhere else. They do not care about customers.
