Make sure before you buy shoes that they don’t look worn at all. Bought a pair, took them home & had them tried on indoors but apparently they look worn “outdoors” so I couldn’t return them. 🙄
I have bought shoes that I love from Aldo before, Today when I went in the sales associate was so rude and unfriendly I will never go back again. He literally looked me up and down and said he didn’t have my size without even looking it up or trying to find it somewhere else I was also the only customer in the store.
The staff was totally amazing at helping me find a pair of shoes that fit during a recent visit. I have wide feet and normally don't shop at regular shoe stores for myself as a result. They made me feel comfortable and put me in a great looking pair of stylish loafers.
Horrible customer service the manager with short hair and glasses is unprofessional, she claimed stalking me at my job and seeing me wear my shoes so I couldn’t do an exchange when I literally purchased them the night before and they look brand new.. definitely never coming back to rude service calling her customers liars
Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of shoes for my wife, they were the wrong size. When trying to return them I waited in a line of about a dozen people to then be accosted by the cashier about the condition of distressed leather shoes that were obviously unworn and had a receipt from the day before. When she finally called the manager who confirmed that the shoes were unworn and just distressed leather she then told me that for a return I would have to wait until she had checked out all of the customers who were buying shoes. Never again will I buy an ALDO product! -Dr. S
