I went in considering a purchase of snowboard bindings. Casey.. I think that was his name was extremely helpful. He steered me towards bindings that were the latest up to date bindings and a perfect fit for me. I didn't end up buying from Zumiez because I found a better deal online... But!... Casey took twenty minutes to help me out and talk to me about all things snowboarding. Super knowledgeable and very helpful.
Friendly and quick to greet. I often end up buying a hat, great selection. The Rick and Morty Apple car fresheners are surprisingly the best air fresheners I've ever had.
Items can be pricey, in general. I just bought a $100 backpack... But I'll be back.
I hate going to this store. They follow you as if you stole something. It is very uncomfortable.
I went in for griptape on my board and the staff was able to give me advice on what is best and how to put it on very nice employees and good products with good varieties
so, after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes to be checked out because the employees were messing around and not paying attention, i had left my reusable starbucks cup in the store. i went back and the store was closed but through the gate i asked them if it was in there. a young, short and blonde employee said it wasn’t in there and than ran and hid, under her breathe she kept mumbling “it’s not green” and another employee covered for her. i called and the manager found it stashed away completly washed and dried out. i would NOT shop here. they tried to steal an item from a CUSTOMER. we bought things. i would go to another zumiez if i were you. and if you go here make sure not to leave anything in here by accident because it will be stolen and you will be lied to about it.
