I stopped into this location a few times over the last few days because I was having trouble getting a pair of boots I felt comfortable in. I had to exchange down a half size 2 times, and ultimately found a pair that will work. I interacted with Nathan each time, and he was extremely helpful and understanding. I honestly feel like this store has the best retail experience of any store I've been to in recent years, clothing or otherwise. They greet you at the door and direct you to the appropriate section of the store if you're looking for something specific, and the staff seem to be really familiar with the products. Seriously, the level of service I get here is a rarity.
I can't express enough how much I love this store. Well managed, clean, organized, and they have managed the covid regulations like a champ. I purchased a Yukon parka coat and I never looked back. The quality of their clothing speaks for itself, but the quality of the customer experience speaks volumes about their management and staff.

Poor customer service!
Love the quality of clothes. Don’t agree with policy that while wearing masks capacity for the store is six customers.
Edit: I am completely fine with the policy to wear a mask my employees and customers. The policy that you are only allowing 6 customers in the store at a time is what I don’t agree with. There is plenty of room in the store for more customer to be safely distanced from each other.
