Placed an online order. Tracking said it was delivered to the store. 3+ days later; they still haven't sorted it out. They need to get their act together. Would not recommend.

Had a very BAD experience exchanging shoes there. If you are trying to exchange shoes that you purchase online and don't have the size you are looking for at the store don't deal with the people that work at this location. They have no idea what they are doing. Contact customer service online instead AVOID this store. I had wasted my time probably over 20-30 minutes just to do a simple exchange. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. They charged me more for the same exact shoes than the price I had paid for online. They weren't able to fix the amount of the shoes because they already processed the order. Craig the manager I assume then tells me in order to fix it I have to bring in the shoes back once I get them. He also blames me for not telling him that I had a promotion offered when I ordered them online originally. He was very rude and condescending. When I would ask him questions he didn't know the answer and would make you feel dumb for asking. After I left the store I then called customer service and they were able to fix it for me in a few minutes. Craig could have easily fixed the situation in a few minutes by calling them. Make it easier for yourself and just avoid this location altogether.

Nope. Definitely not shopping here again. A few of the staff members are kind. A few are not. I had returns to which the associate scoffed and rolled her eyes at. I had a pickup as well and repeated my name 4 times since one order was on a nickname and one was on my full name. It was a clear conversation. I later had to call customer service and later called the store to realize they got “confused”. A complete waste of time. DSW is sandy is amazing. Very understanding staff!

Seems absolutely absurd that they are enacting social distancing then forcing all the customers into the same corner to try shoes on as they have removed all the benches. Would make much more sense to keep everyone scattered about the store as usual then sanitize the benches every so often. Makes for a high pressure and awkward shopping environment.
