Lack of empathy. My disabled daughter had an appointment today, 6/4/18, as a new patient. We drove an hour from Decatur and were on schedule. She had a “complication” and we had to run to the store to get a new change of clothes. Then I got us lost and we didn’t have cell service. I called once we got phone service back but it was too late after our appointment time, told us not to come in. It was 30 minutes past, that is a long time. I understand the office has a schedule to keep but I’m sure we’d have been waiting to get called back during this time anyway. I did have to reschedule her first appointment, which they said they’d call back and never did. I should’ve known at that point how much they value their patients. I hope others will have better results than we did.
