I’ve been to the ER twice: once for myself and once with my child. No wait time, doctors and nurses were extremely polite and my daughter was given a stuffed toy to help her settle down. The staff who took our insurance information weren’t as nice; they seemed a little inconvenienced. Still, I’m very happy with the staff and service!

The check in process to the hospital was so much better today. instead of waiting over an hour for registration and then my xray this time it only took around 10-15 minutes.

I visited the ER and was misdiagnosed even though I stated very clearly what was going on and thereafter charged $1,400 for their incompetence for a 20 minute visit in which they didnt run any tests and gave me poor advice to wait 3 days for an injury in which surgery needed to be performed within first 72 hours. Now I have to deal with a nagging lifelong problem that could have been fixed if the ER doctor had any intelligence. The surgery at Missouri Baptist cost me less than this ER visit. I had always been told that redbud hospital is a joke in a nightmare to be avoided at all costs. I went there against my better judgment to save myself 10 minutes of driving because it was an emergency. They are so lucky that I don't sue them for medical malpractice. What an absolute terrible hospital. I have never written a review for anything before but this was an exceptional case. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Everyone was so nice and professional. There was no wait and their friendliness eased my nervousness immediately. Saw Dr Crowe right away, he was great, explaining everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I would come here again if the need arises.
