I went to the store and purchase a scarf the staff that day was wonderful when I finally went to wear my scarf I noticed the price they charged me was more than what was on the tag so I called to see if they can price adjust and refund my money they told me to come back with the receipt tags etc so I did again the staff was lovely the reason why I am giving two stars is because I did not like nor appreciated the manager keep telling me something I already wearing cannot be returned and I had to keep explaining to her over 5 times might I add that I am not returning my purchase I just want my refund for the price adjustment then to add more insult she said well I’m going to write worn on the receipt just in case. This was very uncalled for. I will not unfortunately going back to that store ever again.
The staff are so nice I mean extremely nicenthey deserve everything in the store
Love the customer service here! Debra Johnson was such a sweetheart. I bought my first handbag, Baby Banner in Leather and house check in tan and a wallet! Can't wait to use it. Debra was not judgemental or racist in any way. Took care of me while I'm in leggings and t-shirt lols. I'd definitely recommend everyone to shop at this place!
I was very uncomfortable considering the second I walked in I was followed everywhere I went to look at something and then as soon as I would pick a item up to look at it all eyes were on me. Yeah no won’t be purchasing from somewhere I’m stared down.
