Customer service is great and extremely helpful with picking the right shoe.
The young lady that assisted me was great. I’m 52 and a comfortable shoe is paramount given the type of work I do. I tried on at least 4 pairs and she was patient and friendly. When I found my new favorite shoe, it wasn’t in the color I wanted, so she had them shipped to my home here in Connecticut. I wish I got her name to give her the credit she is due, that’s my bad. I hope she reads this. Now, is this place more expensive? Yes. It’s because they sell better shoes. When you car shop at a Mercedes dealership, the cars are more expensive. Because they are better cars. If comfortable shoes are important to you, just come here and get a pair of shoes that your feet will thank you for.

Why because she deserves to be recognized for her positive attitude, attention to details and ability to sell high end walking shoes without pressure.nI had no intention of getting many new shoes but ended up with two new pairs.nWhy, because she listened to my needs, heard my issues and concerns....made suggestions and allowed me the time to think about my decision.nTrying on shoes, walking around the store ... I really enjoyed our conversation about Disney and my upcoming trip. She very naturally funny and talked about all of her Disney favorites...which kept the process easy.nSo I left the store with one pair....and one pair on order. A very happy customer.
I cannot say enough good things about this small gem in Natick Mall. Professional, knowledgeable, and patient, the staff know their inventory extremely well and give very personalized service. If they don't have the style you want in stock, they'll help you locate it online. The shoes are amazing, and although on the expensive side, there are frequent sales and discounts offered. In a world of online stores and large discount outlets, it's great to know that you can still find a retailer who will help you find a fit and style to your liking.
