Small place. Had 7am appt. didn't start to unload till 8 no big deal I guess but the people I dealt with either barely spoke English or had 0 personality and walked around like a zombie. Y'all can keep this place i won't be back.

Checked in, told to go to door 2, trailer dropped there, try asking around, oh, someone will move it, then when they're ready, they'll get to you. Really? Our paycheck revolves around shippers and receivers getting you in and out in a timely manner. Still waiting!

I'm guessing the good reviews aren't frozen deliveries or they work here. I foolishly thought this Hormel would follow the normal standards found at all the other Hormels I've been to. Second truck here. First truck is still waiting for the ok to back in 2 hours later. No room to maneuver between the car parking lot and several other OTR trucks in line, plus they've got trailers dropped all over the dock areas including in front of dock 2.nnFINAL UPDATE: It took over 8 hours to unload and the guy we dealt with seemed angry about having to work. At least two owner ops that were waiting to unload gave up and left during that time. I've been to 6 or 7 Hormel plants and this is the only one we won't go to again. I don't care much about personalities or cramped docks. What matters is time and how much money isn't being made when sitting in line.
