This store never seems to have our dog food brand/flavor in stock. Even when their online inventory shows availability, the store is out. This is the last time I even bother. I would give them zero stars if I could.
Very disappointed with the customer service at their grooming department. Have been a customer for years but will never go back their again. Both women Maya and Patricia at the grooming salon are extremely rude and very disrespectful. No way I would leave my dog with them to get groomed. Hire some friendly people that are kind so customers feel safe leaving their pets with them.
Quality product, incredibly fast production and delivery. I have used Pet Supplies Plus Natick for my last 3 dogs and the tags are incredibly durable - I could not be happier with these tags.
They got some good things for my ud83dudc31 here and some fair prices on food.
Worse store ever. A rookie company that doesn't know what they're doing with a policy that changes from costumer to costumer and depending on the manager. ud83dudc4e
