Great selection for dogs and a decent amount of the store is dedicated to other pets as well. I go for the dried treat section and would buy kibble/raw there if I didn't make my own dog food. Wish the staff member on hand during my latest visit had been a little less upset at people coming in 20-15 minutes before the store closed however... everyone rushed to get out and respect the closing time (and by the time the store hours were over everyone had gone), so I just don't understand the attitude. Other locations have been much more helpful and welcoming to me each time I visted though, so maybe I just expected that experience.

I am a huge fan of Loyal Companion! It's like a boutique store, but with more to offer and fair prices. I trust anything I buy there because the food and toys are all high quality. My dog has taken many classes there (her favorite has been agility.) Best of all is Stephanie that trims her nails. She truly has a gift. She keeps my Brussels Griffon so calm and gets the job done.

Very happy with my visit to your Sudbury store. I went in to find a new food for my dog, Mia. Her vet wants her on a strict single protein diet to rule out a possible chicken allergy. Ken was great with showing me the ingredients of each suggestion as he walked me around to the different choices of foods that excluded chicken. He even offered to carry the big bag out to my car. Thanks again!

We just finished Level 1 dog training led by Christine. She is a fantastic and generous dog trainer. Our dog is shy and barks a lot when she's scared, but Christine gracefully led class (even with our distraction) and gave us lots of advice to help us raise our dog's confidence. She's doing much better already. Thanks Christine!nnThe staff at Loyal Companion are friendly and attentive. They have a good selection of food, toys, treats, and accessories.
